    • All payments are non-refundable due to the nature of digital marketing services.
    • If a service issue arises from our side, we will work to resolve it promptly.
  4. Content Ownership
    • Content created specifically for the client (designs, posts, blogs, websites) belongs to the client once full payment is received.
    • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
  5. Termination
    • Either party may terminate the project with written notice (15–30 days).
    • Completed work up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
  6. Compliance
    • We strictly follow Google, Meta, and other platform guidelines.
    • Services will not be provided for unlawful, unethical, or harmful activities.
